Lace Love

So finally, this is my last vacation outfit that I'll be posting! Oh, how I miss being this tan. All I did on vacation was sleep, sit on the beach, and eat. That's pretty much all I want to do, all the time. (Sigh) If only I could. I was going for a very relaxed boho look. Usually I'm weary of wearing lace with lace, but I think this outfit was appropriate to do so. I seriously can not wait until it starts getting warmer out! It actually snowed today a few inches. M will be posting a snow appropriate outfit soon. Until then, enjoy this!

Repeat Offender

So here is my second vacation post...tadaaa! If you've been following our blog, you will most likely notice that I have already worn this shirt. Hence, the title. If you have not or did not even notice, then I clearly ratted myself out. I'm OK with that. I hope you are too. I mean, we've all done it, right? I believe that taking a piece you have already worn and completely changing how you styled it is a true challenge. Apparently, I was up for this challenge on vacation. This sheer, high waisted maxi skirt seemed to be the perfect opportunity for me to overcome this obstacle of "repeating" a clothing item. It's such a completely different look than my "First Impressions" post. I think I absolutely beat this styling

Slight Stripes

Oh, how I've missed blogging! I've been in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic for the past week, and I couldn't be happier to be back home. While there, I took advantage of the beautiful scenery by taking blog pictures; this will be one of several vacation posts. For some reason, I tend to wear things on vacation that I wouldn't usually wear at home. Maybe it's the tropical atmosphere that inspires me? I'm not quite sure. I wore this sheer red dress two different ways. The first as a dress with a black slip underneath, and the second time as a cover-up for my one-piece, red bathing suit. I definitely liked it more with the red on red effect! I also ended up running into the ocean after hours and getting drenched, but it was absolutely worth it. After all, that is what dry cleaners are for, right?
